Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is based on our ‘Core Values’ and reflects our commitment to provide a more positive approach to community involvement, responsiveness to clients needs, honesty, and to be accountable to our youth in providing them with all available resources.

1. Leadership:

Our model of leadership is instilled in every youth from the beginning of the program. Whether they pursue professional careers or become business owners. We will instill appropriate values, character, knowledge, confidence and skills to become influential leaders.

2. Excellence:

CTC strives for excellence in the services we provide by illustrating a great sense of pride in our program and demonstrating a model of distinction.

3. Respect:

CTC understands that many times Respect has to be modeled in order to be learned. Many of the services that CTC provides will allow participants the opportunity to develop and learn the importance of Respect, character development, and integrity which are life skills that will facilitate future success.

4. Responsibility:

We will take responsibility in developing a program that offers activities, workshops, and enrichment activities designed to help young people develop skills to succeed as students, professionals, and world class leaders.
