WHO WE ARE.
Community Teen Coalition (CTC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth with the academic, social, and career-readiness skills needed to succeed in postsecondary education, STEM pathways, and the future workforce. CTC provides high-impact, research-based programs that serve students throughout metro Atlanta.
Through year-round enrichment, mentoring, college preparation, and STEM-focused exploration, CTC equips students with the tools to excel academically, persist through postsecondary challenges, and confidently pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Programs include academic tutoring, STEM innovation labs, dual-enrollment and financial-aid guidance, workforce credentialing, leadership training, career exposure, and community engagement experiences.
CTC’s mission is grounded in closing opportunity gaps while fostering innovation, critical thinking, and 21st-century skills. By partnering with schools, families, industry leaders, and higher education institutions, CTC creates equitable access to postsecondary advancement and high-growth STEM careers. With a focus on student-centered support, holistic responsive programming, and evidence-based interventions, Community Teen Coalition prepares youth not only to reach college—but to thrive in college, complete their degrees, and transition into competitive careers.
Community Teen Coalition continues to serve as a catalyst for educational, workforce development, and generational transformation, ensuring that every student—regardless of background—has the opportunity to imagine, pursue, and achieve excellence.
WHY WE MATTER.
By providing young people with the skills they need to be successful in the community, we seek to achieve the following objectives:

Empower the community to become involved in the lives of our youth, making them aware of important issues affecting the community as a whole.

Maintain contact with school officials and staff for status reports on the progression of students in the program.

Invest in the professionalism of Community Teen Coalition through a staff that is licensed and experienced in the field.

Partner with existing organizations to expand services through career centers and job placement.

Facilitate weekly group, individual, and family sessions to address family and peer interactions, emotional disturbances, and community related issues.
